1. General Agreement These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of products and services by Global Eye Solutions ("we," "us," or "our") to you ("the Customer"). By registering an account or placing an order on our website, you explicitly agree to these terms.

2. User Accounts and Security To complete a purchase, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password, and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Payment Terms To provide flexibility for our clients in Lebanon, we accept the following payment methods:

• Cash on Delivery (COD): Payment must be made in full to the courier upon receipt of the hardware.

• Digital Wallets: Payments via OMT and Whish Money must be completed and verified before the order is dispatched.

4. Shipping and Delivery Policy

• Delivery Fee: A standard flat rate of $5 USD applies to all orders, regardless of the size.

• Coverage: We deliver to all regions across Lebanon.

• Timeframes: While we aim for rapid dispatch from our Zouk Mosbeh facility, delivery times depend on the destination and third-party courier schedules.

5. Warranty, Returns, and Exchanges Due to the sensitive nature of IT infrastructure, security equipment, and networking hardware, our policies are strict to ensure all customers receive brand-new, uncompromised technology.

• No Change-of-Mind Returns: We do not accept returns or exchanges if you order the wrong item or simply change your mind. Please review your cart carefully before checking out.

• Manufacturer Warranty: All eligible equipment is covered exclusively by the official manufacturer’s warranty.

• Defective Items: If an item is found to be dead-on-arrival (DOA) or defective out of the box, it must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery. We will facilitate the warranty claim process with the authorized distributor.

6. Installation and Technical Support Purchasing hardware through our website does not automatically include on-site installation. If you require professional setup for networking or security systems, please contact our team to schedule an appointment.

7. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lebanon.
