How long does delivery take inside Lebanon?

We offer fast, nationwide delivery across Lebanon. Orders within Beirut and surrounding areas are typically delivered within 1-2 business days. Deliveries to other regions may take 2-4 business days.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free delivery on orders exceeding a specific cart value. For standard orders, a flat delivery rate applies depending on your location.

PAYMENT & ORDERS

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) in USD. We also support secure online payments via credit/debit cards and local money transfer services (like OMT/Whish Money).

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it hasn't been shipped yet. Please contact our support team immediately via WhatsApp or email to make changes.

Can I pay in Lebanese Pounds (LBP) instead of USD?

All our products are priced in fresh USD to ensure transparent pricing. We primarily accept USD Cash on Delivery or via local transfers. If you need to pay in LBP, the amount will be calculated based on the daily daily market exchange rate at the exact time of delivery/payment.
